The real estate barometer is a tool that allows you to continuously and systematically monitor average transaction prices and trends in selected segments of the real estate market. The monitoring covered the largest cities of the Silesian voivodships divided into three basic segments of the housing market.

The price ranking, like the real estate barometer, is updated automatically, based on transaction data from the Silesia Database, managed by the Institute, to which approximately 10,000 market transactions from notarial deeds are entered every quarter.
